Yes. There are no limit on the amount of stores you can own. In addition, we encourage you to purchase more stores as they begin to pay for themselves. Create and customize stores for your favorite categories.



Can I really make money with this?
Absolutely. The Amazon associates program is one of the internet's oldest and trusted affiliate programs. You will earn commisions for every referral which leads to a purchase or item sold on your website.



What technical knowledge or experience do I need?
You do not need any technical knowlege or experience to use our service. We've designed our product with the understanding that many people may not have had experience with a website before, so we provide easy to use tools and clear documentation to help you get things done. As your abilities grow, you will find that we have tools as well for those who want to customize every aspect of their site, including being able to modify their styles and or html code.



Can I add banners, images, or my own text ads?

Can I sell my own products? 
Yes, you can sell your own products. The best way to do this is to add your products to your site using our online editor. How much commissions do I earn for the products I sell?

How are customer service issues handled (like returns or order problems)?

How can I check if my store is getting visitors?
We have several statistics programs inside the E4E Control Panel. In addition, you may wish to add Google Analytics to your site. It's great free visitor tracking program that will allow you to have your own independant statistics.



How do I get paid, and when?
Amazon.com has several ways to pay you your commisions, which includes by check, direct deposit, and by Amazon.com credits. You can pick the easiest method for you and Amazon will pay you monthly for the sales you make through your site.



How do I promote my site to get customers?
There many, many ways to promote your site including search engines, pay-per-click advertising, email marketing, word of mouth, forums, blogs, articles, local advertising, etc. We offer a website marketing service that will help in all these areas. We try to accommodate simple changes or additions at no cost. We do not charge for technical support or product demonstration. Chances are the changes you'd like to do are able to be made from the control panel, but there are cases where our clients would like to be completely hands off and just want us to do it. We offer custom work services including website marketing, logo and style customization to give your site a unique look.



Do you have a money back guarantee?
We offer a money back guarantee only before the store is built and before it is uploaded to the Internet. After that time, we cannot offer any refunds. However, you are free to cancel your account at any time. Setup fees are never refundable. Please read our terms of service for more info.
