No. You will not need a merchant account for accepting credit cards on your website, because the order processing is handled by Amazon, so you won't have to worry about expensive merchant fees, chargebacks or even fraud.
Can I have more then one store?
Yes. There are no limit on the amount of stores you can own. In addition, we encourage you to purchase more stores as they begin to pay for themselves. Create and customize stores for your favorite categories.
Can I really make money with this?
Absolutely. The Amazon associates program is one of the internet's oldest and trusted affiliate programs. You will earn commisions for every referral which leads to a purchase or item sold on your website.
What technical knowledge or experience do I need?
You do not need any technical knowlege or experience to use our service. We've designed our product with the understanding that many people may not have had experience with a website before, so we provide easy to use tools and clear documentation to help you get things done. As your abilities grow, you will find that we have tools as well for those who want to customize every aspect of their site, including being able to modify their styles and or html code.
Can I add banners, images, or my own text ads?
Yes. Feel free to make extra revenue on your site by adding in banners, images or text ads. Selling advertising space on your website can be a financially rewarding way to use the space on your e-commerce website.
Can I sell my own products?
Yes, you can sell your own products. The best way to do this is to add your products to your site using our online editor. With this program, you can add new pages to show your products, and easily add payment buttons (like PayPal) so that your customers can pay you directly. You can also add your products to your home page and many of the category pages, or just create your own category.
How much commissions do I earn for the products I sell?

We will submit each and every client website that joins our service. We submit to all of the major and minor search engines.
How are customer service issues handled (like returns or order problems)?
You will not need to worry about any of this since Amazon.com will handle all customer service issues related to the products in the store. This allows you to focus more of your time building up an online brand and marketing to your customers.
How can I check if my store is getting visitors?
We have several statistics programs inside the E4E Control Panel. In addition, you may wish to add Google Analytics to your site. It's great free visitor tracking program that will allow you to have your own independant statistics.
How do I get paid, and when?
Amazon.com has several ways to pay you your commisions, which includes by check, direct deposit, and by Amazon.com credits. You can pick the easiest method for you and Amazon will pay you monthly for the sales you make through your site.
How do I promote my site to get customers?
There many, many ways to promote your site including search engines, pay-per-click advertising, email marketing, word of mouth, forums, blogs, articles, local advertising, etc. We offer a website marketing service that will help in all these areas. Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. You can choose to use your own domain name if you already have one, or register a new domain with us right during the checkout process.

You can check your sales at anytime by logging into your Amazon.com account at http://www.amazon.com/associates which will show your earnings and order reports. The reports are generated on a daily basis.
Are there additional charges if I want you to add or change something?
We try to accommodate simple changes or additions at no cost. We do not charge for technical support or product demonstration. Chances are the changes you'd like to do are able to be made from the control panel, but there are cases where our clients would like to be completely hands off and just want us to do it. We offer custom work services including website marketing, logo and style customization to give your site a unique look.
Do you have a money back guarantee?
We offer a money back guarantee only before the store is built and before it is uploaded to the Internet. After that time, we cannot offer any refunds. However, you are free to cancel your account at any time. Setup fees are never refundable. Please read our terms of service for more info.
Do you have an affiliate program?
Yes. If you refer a new customer to us, we will credit your account $25 after the new customer completes a month of service.

Why is there a setup fee, especially on the Lite (free) version??
Your paid setup fee covers the cost of an SSL Certificate and Dedicated IP address. Unfortunately, those items are not free, so we cannot offer them freely. For people choosing our Lite plan, it is a free service, however, you have to cover the cost of your own SSL Certificate and Dedicated IP.
